Carol Contrada called the Special Meeting of March 9, 2010 of the Sylvania Township Trustees to order at 3:00 p.m. Roll call was answered by Carol Contrada, Kevin Haddad, John Jennewine and David Simko, Fiscal Officer. Discussion: 1.) Meeting Rules of Conduct Policy (see attached) 2.) Condition and configuration of Township meeting room Motion #10-090 Ms. Contrada moved, seconded by Mr. Jennewine, to go into Executive Session at 3:10 p.m. for the following purpose(s). To consider the appointment, employment, dismissal, promotion, demotion, or compensation of a public employee or official or the investigation of charges or complaints against a public employee or official, as authorized by Ohio Revised Code 121.22 (G) (1). Mr. Simko called roll: Ms. Contrada – yes; Mr. Haddad – yes; Mr. Jennewine – yes. Motion #10- 091 Ms. Contrada moved, seconded by Mr. Haddad, to go out of Executive Session at 6:30 p.m. with no action to be taken.
